Terms and conditions

By registering to use The Edge Therapy Rooms you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out below.  We reserve the right to cancel your bookings should the terms not be met to the standards set out below.

Our Services:

We will provide secure and comfortable rooms for you and your clients including:

  • Intercom system in every room to greet and manage your arriving clients.
  • Convenient online booking system for you to secure a room.
  • Secure waiting area for your clients.
  • Communal kitchen for therapist use. 
  • WIFI available throughout the building.
  • Toilets on the ground and second floor. 
  • Regular cleaning throughout the building.
    Practitioners must notify admin@edgetherapyrooms.co.uk if any of these facilities are in need of maintenance or if they do not meet your expectations. 

We will make practitioners aware of any scheduled maintenance or contractors on site.

Expectations of practitioners:

  • All practitioners using The Edge Therapy Rooms must do so in accordance with their own professional insurance and qualifications.
  • You must only enter the site within your booking times, unless agreed by prior arrangement.
  • Rooms must only be used for agreed purposes only.
  • Rooms must be vacated by the schedule end time to allow other practitioners to gain access.
  • All practitioners must ensure that their clients and visitors are respectful of other users of the space.
  • All rooms must be left as they are found i.e.
    • Furniture put back into its original position.
    • Lights switched off.
    • Bin emptied into large waste bin in the communal kitchen (food waste into the outside bin to avoid smells).
    • Used dishes, cups and utensils put in the dishwasher.
    • Sinks and worktops left clean and tidy.
    • Doors and windows closed.
    • All personal equipment placed into agreed storage or removed when you leave.
  • Edge Therapy Rooms are non-smoking environment.
  • Client and practitioner confidentiality must be maintained whilst using the rooms.
  • Client and practitioner safety must be ensured during treatment room use, practitioner personal equipment should be well maintained and only battery powered candles to be used.
  • Payments for ad-hoc bookings are to be made at the time of booking.
  • Payments for regular block bookings will be made on the agreed date by standing order.
  • One month’s written notice will be given should you wish to terminate your regular block booking.
